It’s hard to believe that some of the least attractive celebrities today were once considered to be rather attractive. Of course, our standards for hotness have changed just a bit over time, but still, you might not have realized the sex appeal of these celebrities once upon a time.

Now a rather droopy old man, Jack Nicholson once graced posters as something of a hot celebrity. He was never conventionally attractive, but he had an edge to him that attracted women.

Al Pacino

He might be a bit weathered now, but look back at his earlier work to see this stud as he once was. Dark, brooding and attractive, De Niro was a heartthrob for lots of women in the 1960s and 1970s. He was never tall, but he was and is a powerful presence in Hollywood. The difference is…he used to be hot, not just talented.

Steven Tyler

Today he’s looking more than a little bit rough, but when Aerosmith was in it’s absolute prime, his sleek body and sexy moves made him a total heartthrob. Of course, that was before some of the drug use and excessive living caught up with him.

Tom Cruise

You can still see the hotness under the slightly crazed, weird exterior. Tom Cruise was one of the most attractive men in Hollywood for decades. He was also a great actor and seemed to be a decent person. Yet, as we all know, things change.

She wasn’t a beauty queen, but she wasn’t at the full-blown state of not-pretty that she is right now. Tori has always been striking and well groomed, it’s just a shame she lost that edge that once made her hot.
