Hi well i really like this boy in my school for a long time and every time i see him i just want to go and tell him but i aint got the guts.what should i do?

Dear Lady G,
You don't need to rush in and say you like him - Be casual and just talk to him about stuff and get to know him. It all starts with a Hi then it can turn into something great.
