It has been said that Lindsay Lohan is extremely desperate to play the character Wonder Woman. Since Hollywood continues to keep remaking old movies and at a time where Superhero movies are big, there is no surprise that Hollywood wants to bring the comic book superhero Wonder Woman to the big screen yet again. Lindsay Lohan says that she loves to show her talent outside of kiddie and teenybopper films and feels that the role of Wonder Woman would be cool. Lohan is currently trying to find roles that are different than anything she has done in the past. She wants to show off her acting abilities and prove that she can play multiple roles instead of roles that are geared at younger girls and are light hearted. Well in my opinion if Lindsay wanted to show off her acting abilities she would do an independent drama which was very powerful something like Crash, Lost in Translation, or something very serious. If she did this, she would probably break out of her typical mode and be viewed as a real actress. But hey she wants Wonder Woman and superhero movies don’t exactly allow people to show off their acting abilities but allow them to make a ton of money. We will see if Lohan gets this new role, if not I am still looking forward to her new movie Just My Luck which comes out later this year.
