I don't get what this is. I want a camera that uses it but can you go get it developed at a store or do you have to do it yourself?

I'm pretty sure you can take it to a store. Why do you want 120 film? It's quite an outdated photographic film format.

From what I know, 120 film is a medium format film that can produce pictures with very fine detail, because it is a larger film than the standard 35mm.

Normal cameras which everyone has used at some point are 35mm film size which is quite small. Large film sizes are usually 4-5 inches big and this would ultimately take better photos than a 35mm. 120 film, the one you want to buy, lies in between 35mm and the large film size and this is why they are called medium format films.

I'm sure most good photo shops will develop them for you.

As the above poster mentions, most good photo shops will develop 120 film, although its pretty expensive because of the size. Its a lot more fun and rewarding to do it yourself :p

Dark room equipment is seriously cheap these days. I made myself a makeshift darkroom in a spare room and just blacked out the windows. Worked nicely, albeit a bit makeshift.

That camera is lovelyy!

A boy a few years above me wanted to take a-level photography and our school doesn't offer it so he got the teachers to give him the syllabus for it and he turned his entire bedroom into a darkroom so he could do it. I'd love to do that.
