A drive-through strip club in Sweden is being sued by McDonalds.

The fast food chain claims the logo for 'McDragan's Drive In' strip club near Falköping looks too much like their famed golden arches.

The club's owner, Dragan Bratic, doesn't agree. He said: "The sign has nothing to do with McDonald's. It is two breasts with nipples. Anyone can see that."

Dragan also claims the Mc in McDragan's isn't even close to the Mc in McDonalds as it stands for Motorcycle.

He added: "I'm not Irish, I'm a Yugoslav. And I don't sell hamburgers, I sell live striptease."

McDonalds Sweden are sending him a letter telling him to remove the sign or they will take legal action over trademark infringement.
